* Delegates registering under these categories should provide the relevant documents proving their status. Students should provide a student ID-card & in-training physicians an official letter signed by their hospital’s director.
The registration fee quoted includes:
- Admission to all the sessions
- Admission to medical and pharmaceutical companies exhibition
- Participation in the opening ceremony & welcome reception
- Conference material
- Lunch and coffee during breaks
Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received up and including April 6th, 2018 – full refund
- Cancellations received between April 6 to May 31st, 2018 – 30% will be refunded.
- After June 1st, 2018 – no refund will be made.
- Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the WASOG 2018 Secretariat at the address below before May 31, 2018. An administrative fee of 30 euros will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after this date.
- Name changes are possible during the pre-registration period only. Therefore no name change requests will be accepted after June 6th, 2018. An administrative fee of 30 euros will be charged for every name change.
